The domnick hunter OIL-X FILTER range of compressed air water separators and coalescing filters are the first range of filters specifically designed to deliver air quality in accordance with ISO 8573.1 1international standard for compressed air and ISO 12500 – 1 for air filter testing. And independently tested and performance certified by Lloyd’s Register .
All filter housing are powder epoxy coated, alocrom treated for maximum corrosion protection and covered by a ten years warranty. Using aerospace technology, the filter was designed to optimized the flow path significantly reducing air turbulence and pressure losses by incorporating a smooth 90 elbow & turning vanes, flow distributor and conical shape flow diffuser. The filter element are made from high efficiency oleophobic, water and oil repellant borosilicate glass nanofibre material which has a 96% voids volume. And constructed using a unique deep bed pleating technique which provides 450% more filtration surface compared to traditional wrapped filter elements.
The OIL-X filter range unique and patented design features minimize differential pressure and provide a filter and element combination where the differential pressure starts low and stays low to maximize energy savings and provide the lowest lifetime costs without compromising air quality.
